The i3+ doesn't have obstacle avoidance capabilities like the i7+ or other top-rated robots we have tested. It could get stuck on power cords or socks and have trouble moving between different surfaces like rug and hardwood.
iRobot recommends clearing areas that the i3+ EVO will vacuum before you use it, and include putting away any clutter or toys it may come across. It is also recommended to keep the dustbin and filters clear to avoid becoming clogged. When the i3+'s internal bin is full or the battery is low it goes back to its docking station and automatically empties its dirt into the station's dust bin and then resumes cleaning where it began. The battery's life span is approximately an hour and a half of constant usage. It takes three hours to fully charge.

The iRobot i7+ is an excellent model from iRobot's flagship line and comes with the latest technology. It's self-charging, self-navigating, and the most important feature of all -- it comes with a self-emptying dustbin that eliminates one of the most important sources of maintenance for any robot vacuum.
The Roomba i7+ can remember up to 10 floor plans and their names using Imprint Smart Mapping, which allows it to identify rooms to clean them more efficiently. It also works with iRobot Home to schedule cleaning tasks, and it can control your robot via the app or via voice.
The i7+ is more efficient and more maneuverable in our tests than the eufy RoboVac G30. best home vacuum cleaner removed large pet hair pieces from all surfaces including carpeting. Its biggest advantage over the eufy, though, is its self-emptying dustbin, which removes a major source of maintenance and reduces the cost of maintenance.
We were also amazed by the i7+'s compatibility Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant AI services, which we used to instruct the robot to start, stop or pause its cleaning session, move itself around the room, and even vacuum a specific space. The iRobot Home App made it easy to connect the i7+ to these services. We were able, once connected, to voice commands to the i7+, like "Hey Alexa vacuum the master bedroom." 3. Dyson Cyclone V10
This tiny Dyson model is an athletic car in a world of vacuums powered by cordless that resemble minivans and buses. It's powerful enough to replace a stand-up vacuum in the majority of homes, but it is also compact enough to fit on a coffee table or bookcase.
The V10 is powered with a Lithium-ion battery with 7 cells of energy that produces power without fading for 60 minutes. The sophisticated whole-machine filter system traps allergens, then releases fresh air into your home. The app makes it possible to steer the robot manually, if necessary. For example my living room rug has a darkly colored border that has a tendency to make it difficult for other robots I've tried.
